Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

Note: For hygiene reasons, golf gloves and golf base layers cannot be returned unless faulty. All custom or personalized items are final sale.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business hours, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for faulty items)

Step 3: Package & Ship

Securely package your items using the original packaging if possible. Include:

  • Completed return form (included in your original shipment)
  • All original accessories and documentation

Step 4: Processing

Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process within 3 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when complete.

Refund Information

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is received
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:
