Are your golf balls conforming to tournament regulations?

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options are available?
We offer two professional shipping solutions:
Express Delivery (DHL/FedEx): £12.95 flat rate, 10-15 days with full tracking
Free Standard Delivery (EMS): Free on orders over £50, 15-25 days with basic tracking
All orders receive golf-optimised packaging regardless of shipping method.
Do you ship internationally to golf resorts?
Yes! Many customers ship directly to vacation destinations. When ordering, simply provide the resort/hotel address and arrival date in the special instructions. We recommend choosing Express Delivery for time-sensitive resort deliveries.
How are golf clubs packaged for shipping?
All club sets are professionally disassembled and shipped in protective hard cases with included headcovers. Irons are bundled with protective wrapping between clubs to prevent chatter marks during transit.
Why are electric cart batteries shipped separately?
Due to international transport regulations, lithium batteries require special documentation and separate shipment. Your cart will arrive fully assembled with the battery following 1-2 days later with complete installation instructions.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. UK customers receive prepaid return labels; international customers may use any tracked carrier (return shipping at your expense).
Can I exchange for a different club specification?
Absolutely. Contact us within 15 days of receipt to arrange an exchange for loft/flex/shaft options we have in stock. Difference in price will be charged/refunded as applicable.
What if my equipment arrives damaged?
While our golf-optimised packaging prevents most transit issues, if damage occurs, email photos to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll immediately dispatch replacements via priority shipping.
